ABOUT ME

From my early beginnings in New York City to Sucre, Bolivia, I've always had a passion for travel and understanding the world. Observing my hard-working father in NYC and the diverse work cultures in Latin America shaped my perspective on job creation through manufacturing. My journey continued with the USAF, where I deployed to various countries and gained firsthand experience—what Lean practitioners refer to as "Go Gemba." This unique background has informed my in the corporate world, emphasizing the importance of mutual benefit and compromise to drive successful change in manufacturing environments. In my career, I focus on fostering "buy-in" to ensure impactful transformations at manufacturing sites. From managing construction projects to securing efficient rental spaces my goal is to achieve my objectives on scope, timeline, and investment. This success hinges on nurturing relationships and actively listening to those around me.
